One-on-One Assistance by Appointment

Trained staff are available at the Library to help you build a focused resume and prepare you for your next big interview.

Your resume is the most important tool in your job search, so have it reviewed to make sure it meets current resume standards. One-on-one resume assistance is available by appointment at several neighborhood Library locations. Learn how to adapt your resume to any job search situation, and get advice on how to target your resume to specific job descriptions using keywords.

Interview preparation is also available through our mock interview service at CLP –Main’s Job & Career Education Center. Schedule an in-person, phone or virtual mock interview to practice answering tough interview questions, and learn strategies to prepare for an interview, answer questions and engage in a post-interview follow-up.
