Learn about the benefits of fermented foods and how to introduce them into your diet and lifestyle. This lecture-based, introductory class will go over 10 different fermented foods.

Neighborhood Legal Services works to promote fairness in the civil justice system, regardless of how much money you have. Neighborhood’s Legal Literacy presentations provide information on civil legal issues.

Participants create meditative soundscapes using singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes and other instruments. This activity fosters self-awareness, deep listening, empathy and connection. Limited to 25 participants. Please bring your own comfort items: a mat, blanket, pillow and eye covering. This event has been postponed to January 27.
