Andrew McEvoy is an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s Middle-Market Banking Healthcare group and responsible for relationship management and corporate finance advisory support of healthcare clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. His coverage spans the full spectrum of commercial and investment banking products with the goal of understanding customer challenges and designing customized client solutions. Andrew helps these health organizations enhance controls, reduce costs, accelerate cash flow and adapt to the shifting realities of today’s healthcare environment.

Andrew has over 15 years of banking experience with J.P. Morgan including 7 years covering mid- and small-cap public clients spanning a broad range of industries. Prior to these relationship coverage roles, Andrew focused on the origination, structuring and execution of bank debt, institutional loans and high yield bonds in J.P. Morgan’s Debt Capital Markets group in Chicago. Andrew has executed a variety of transactions for both Investment Grade and Leveraged clients to raise capital for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and dividend recapitalizations, refinance existing debt, fund capital expenditures and working capital.

For several years, Andrew also spearheaded junior banker recruiting, training and career development as well as many inclusion efforts under the Military Veteran, Winning Women and Launching Leaders diversity programs at J.P. Morgan. Andrew received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and resides in Pittsburgh with his wife and three children.
