Best of BARD: September 2017

In September Grisham was kicked out of first place after two consecutive months.  Lee Child overtook him with a collection of short stories about Jack Reacher entitled No Middle Name.  Somehow, King Patterson managed to hold second place but with a different title this time.  I’m pleased to say an authoress appeared in the top five this month, too.  And I see that Michael Connelly maintained fifth place in the top titles downloaded by our Western Pennsylvania patrons.  This month’s picks, like last month’s, are full of mystery and mayhem.  Will November be the same, or will our readers mix it up?  I bet some holiday books appear, but we won’t find out until next month’s Best of BARD.
