Quiet Reading Party

October 20 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Young adult reading a book and drinking coffee at home
Been having a hard time carving out time to read AND be social? Why not treat your s(h)elf to both? You’re invited to the party where you’re encouraged to read and discuss what you’ve read with other bibliophiles along with an assortment of free coffee, tea, apple cider, and fall-themed pastries available to help fuel your reading stamina and ramp up the cozy autumn vibes.

2-2:30pm – arrive at the party, find a spot to read, grab a snack or drink, chat with other readers at the party about what you’re reading, and/or find a book if need be (library staff are available to recommend something).
2:30-3:30pm – quiet reading, cozy up and get lost in a book.
3:30pm-4pm – break and chat with other readers about what you’ve read, make a button, grab a fun book-themed sticker, and more!

This program takes place in North Wing Music Room on the Second Floor.
