CLP (Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh) is partnering with Pittsburgh Community Services Inc. to offer insight in clearing up your PA Criminal record. Allegheny County residents with PA Charges will receive assistance with a pardon application for “Non-Violent, Non-Sexual,” charges with at least 5 years since sentence completion.
