Kenyokee Crowell is Senior Vice President, Clinical Services for Highmark. In her role, she leads clinical functions for the health plan including medical and pharmacy utilization management,
case and disease management, member outreach, specialty care programs, and wellness. The clinical services team’s focus is improving the health and wellness of members and facilitating
timely, high-quality, appropriate care.

Prior to Highmark, Kenyokee was the senior vice president, clinical access, for Allegheny Health Network, the owned provider system in the Highmark Health family. In this newly created role for AHN, she had responsibility for leading efforts to transform access to care for the network’s patients through new and innovative initiatives. In addition, she led efforts to ensure optimized front-end operations across care delivery sites to build a consistent and positive experience for patients and families.

Before joining Highmark Health in 2016, Kenyokee spent the majority of her career at the Cleveland Clinic in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently she served as senior director of physician integration. In this role, she led a team responsible for all negotiation, business planning, and integration efforts and grew the organizational footprint of the enterprise through physician acquisition in Ohio, Nevada, and Florida. With almost 25 years in the health care industry, she also brings significant leadership experience in strategy, all aspects of health care operations, and business development.

Kenyokee, a native of the Buffalo, New York area received her bachelor of science degree in biology from Case Western Reserve University in and a master of business administration from Baldwin Wallace College. She is also a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a certified professional coder.
