Since most English language DVDs come with optional French and Spanish subtitles, a search for French or Spanish language films will bring up mainly English language titles. Follow these steps to find films in French, Spanish, or any other language that isn't listed under the language options in the catalog.

    1. Start on the Advanced Keyword Search page.

    2. Type the phrase "French with English subtitles" in the "Search For" box at the top of the page - be sure to use the quotation marks. If you are looking for films in Spanish, type "Spanish with English subtitles" or if you are looking for films in Wolof, type "Wolof with English subtitles." Just substitute the language that you're looking for.

    3. Click on the desired format - you can choose more than one by holding down the "shift" key while you click.
