Artwork for MY PITTSBURGH was created by children participating in special programs at libraries throughout the city. Books that showcase Pittsburgh's history and citizens, such as Jonah Winter's Steel Town and James Warhola's Uncle Andy's were read aloud. Art supplies were provided and kids were encouraged to create a picture of their favorite Pittsburgh place or person.
