Summary: This weekly program focuses on a system of physical exercise to improve and maintain health. Tai chi can be helpful in achieving a state of physical and mental relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems.

Summary: Are you interested in volunteering for the Library? Or do you have a great idea for a teen program or project? Join our Teen Advisory Board, meet other teens, and contribute!
