Teen Thing / Black History Month Spotlight: Hip Hop and Change

Sure, the genre has gone into some questionable territories over the last 15 to 20 years but when combined with a constructive social and political message, hip hop has and will always be a powerful, cultural force for change. Come check out artists like Chuck D and Public Enemy, Saul Williams, The Coup, KRS-One, as well as pioneers like Gil Scott-Heron and Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five.
