POETRY workshops in March:

Tuesday, March 11, 4:30 - 6 pm @ CLP - East Liberty, Teen Department

Saturday, March 15, 2 - 4 pm @ CLP - East Liberty, Teen Department

Please RSVP at the URL below if you plan on attending.

Workshop participants should consider sharing their poetry aloud at the corresponding literary reading on Saturday, 4/26, 7 - 9 pm in honor of National Poetry Month.

Teens are invited to join LAB (Literary Arts Boom) volunteers at libraries and other locations for monthly writing workshops that consist of mini lessons, prompts with lots of writing time and a chance to workshop their piece(s) with peers. Later on (usually the following month), we hope participants will share their work aloud at one of our literary readings. Come share your love of writing and reading (or try it out for the first time!) with peers and mentors. To receive information about upcoming workshops and readings, fill out this form:
