Teen Maker's Dozen: Stencils

Thursday, February 27, 2014
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Maker ('me?k?) — n. 1. a person who makes (something); fabricator; constructor

Meet real-world makers who will talk about the business of creativity and how to connect your talents to cash flow. Expect monthly micro-presentations, hands-on DIY workshops, and refreshments provided by local bakery Party Cake Shop!

This year we'll be presenting 12 monthly maker programs, plus a bonus maker market where you'll learn how to sell your own stuff! Join the maker movement today!

This month we will be working on stencils! Spare Room Workshop started as a business in their spare room! They specialize in handmade products from etched glass and greeting cards to screen prints and decals! To see their stuff:

They'll show us how you make a vector image and you'll be able to create a vinyl decal from your own drawings!

For grades 6 - 12. Registration required.
