  • CCD Innovation: SideDish
    CCD (Center for Culinary Development) is a food and beverage product development company that reports on the latest food trends in this monthly newsletter.
  • Cooking Light
    Cooking Light has teamed up with the myrecipes.com network to offer recipes online.
  • Cook's Country
    A magazine from America's Test Kitchen that also publishes Cook's Illustrated. Cook's Country specializes in very American dishes like deviled eggs, guacamole, jambalaya, etc.
  • Cook's Illustrated
    This is the website of the magazine that tests recipes out step by step.
  • EatingWell
    Look here for great healthy recipes and interesting articles about food and health.
  • Edible Communities
    Edible Communities offers more than 52 regional publications emphasizing local foods and farms in distinct culinary regions throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.
  • Fine Cooking
    By Taunton. Focusing on cooking techniques and ingredients and written by chefs, Fine Cooking has come a long way from its original website. Almost as good as the print publication.
  • Food and Wine
    A Time-Warner publication with searchable recipe and article database.
  • Food Fanatics
    According to the New York Times, this new (2012) print magazine published by US Foods, formerly known as U.S. Foodservice, is a marketing vehicle directed primarily at restaurant owners and operators and is meant to combine food celebrities, food ideas and food insights with the business side of food.
  • Food Republic
    This food magazine in blog form was started in April 2011 by Chef Marcus Samuelsson and is geared toward men, although women will find many of the articles quite interesting.
  • Gastronomica: The Journal of Food and Culture
    An eclectic publication from the University of California Press.
  • Gourmet Magazine
    Gourmet magazine ceased publication after the November 2009 issue but old content is still available on the website.
  • Huffington Post: Food
    Formerly SlashFood.com, this very graphic news site features blogs.
  • Imbibe Magazine
    Covering all liquid foods, including beer, wine, liquor, coffee.
  • Los Angeles Times: Food

  • Martha Stewart: Food
    Has recipes arranged in many different categories: everyday food, comfort food, light & healthy, vegetarian, seasonal, etc.

    Meatpaper is a print magazine of art and ideas about meat. Some of their articles are online.
  • National Public Radio (NPR): Food
    Articles and programs about food.
  • New York Times: Dining & Wine
    Read articles about eating, cooking and dining out.
  • Nutrition Action Health Letter
    A publication from the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
  • Saveur Magazine
    Saveur offers articles about and recipes for regional food from many countries. Featured recipes may be things like The Best Damn Meyer Lemon Cake, Watermelon and Tomato Salad, Trout Chowder, Cactus Paddle Salad, Gooseberry Tart. You can search for articles and recipes from past issues.
  • Sunset Magazine: Food & Wine
    A magazine from California geared towards the Western States, Sunset uses a lot of Asian and Latin American ingredients. So look here for fresh California-style cooking and Latin and Asian fusion recipes.
  • Vegetarian Times
    A monthly magazine for vegetarians with searchable recipe database. You can register for free to save recipes on their site.
