Gardening Thyme: Preserving the Harvest

Correctly preserving herbs, fruits and vegetables for later use is an exceptional way to save money and to serve delicious and healthy foods from the garden or farmer's market all year long. Preserving is easy, fun and satisfying. Come to this class to learn the basics of canning, drying and freezing. Recipes and instructive handouts will be provided.
